What is an outreach credit?
An outreach credit represents outreach capacity within LynkedReach. Credits can be used according to the platform's available campaign and communication features.
An outreach credit does not guarantee that someone answers, responds, purchases, or becomes a customer.
What information can be included with the contacts?
Available records can contain information such as first name, last name, email, cell phone, city, state, ZIP, source information, submission information, and other available fields.
The exact information varies by individual record, so every field is not guaranteed on every contact.
Who are the included business opportunity contacts?
They are people who previously submitted information through work-from-home or business-opportunity related capture pages.
A prior submission does not automatically establish permission for every possible communication. LynkedReach users remain responsible for applicable consent, carrier, opt-out, Do Not Contact, platform, and legal requirements.
Do I personally have to call people?
LynkedReach is designed to help automate and organize outreach. Campaigns can use text messaging and can also include AI-assisted calling, voicemail, follow-up, and other supported communication options depending on how the campaign is configured.
Do I have to personally talk to everyone who responds?
Not necessarily. Depending on the campaign setup and available features, AI can help handle parts of conversations and responses.
The exact workflow depends on how you configure your campaign.
Are Packages A, B, and C recurring charges?
No. The Package A, B, and C purchases shown on this page are pay-as-you-go package purchases. Purchase another package when you want additional contacts and outreach credits.
What happens after I purchase?
Complete your Stripe payment, complete the registration information you are redirected to, create your LynkedReach account, and watch for your setup and fulfillment information.
Your purchased outreach credits are added after your LynkedReach account has been created.
